If only you could see what is in my heart,
Maybe then you won't have torn it apart.
With a resounding echo memories surface from the past,
Maybe you and I were never meant to last.

But what of these emotions? Why do they feel so right?
Why must you fill my thoughts every single night?
I try to turn away, I try so hard to hide;
But the further I went away, the more a part of me died.

Now I am without an answer - I have not even a clue,
Of what else I can do to stop myself falling again for
you.
I look at my life and connect the dots of pain;
Pain! - you are doomed to haunt me over and over again.

Despair has overtaken me,
Loneliness reigns by royal decree.
I can no longer fight this torment -
Quietly I shall fade away, into nothingness I shall be sent.

The Seal

The Mindanao State University seal was created by an anonymous student with a very good sense of culture and vision. The three rays on top stand for the Mindanao, Sulu and Palawan (MINSUPALA) regions which were the main thrust of MSU at its inception. The lamp in the middle signifies the light with which to guide the people in their quest for knowledge. Finally the fish and the okir symbols around the lamp along with the color scheme represent the unique and impressive culture of the Maranaos in the area surrounding the Mindanao State University.

Foods To be avoided...

Foods that contain melamine should be avoided like dairy product.



I don't want to discourage people to eat or consume this product but I want to warn them to watch what should they take. We are not aware of this unless we have encounter the sickness that melamine inject to us.
We don't want that our children the future of tomorrow will be at the risk of what we give to them. Prevention is the best cure of all the sickness...

Etymology of melamine is come from German word coined by combining the names of 2 other chemical products: Melam (a distillation derivative of ammonium thiocyanate) and Amin.

Melamine by itself is nontoxic in low doses, but when combined with cyanuric acid it can cause fatal kidney stones due to the formation of an insoluble melamine cyanurate.[12] Melamine is described as being "Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Chronic exposure may cause cancer or reproductive damage. Eye, skin and respiratory irritant.” However, the toxic dose is on a par with common table salt with an LD50 of more than 3 grams per kilogram of bodyweight.[13] FDA scientists explained that when melamine and cyanuric acid are absorbed into the bloodstream, they concentrate and interact in the urine-filled renal microtubules, then crystallize and form large numbers of round, yellow crystals, which in turn block and damage the renal cells that line the tubes, causing the kidneys to malfunction.

Beware of some product that is affected by Melamine.

Question to think!

I came to question my self one night when I and my close friend meet at a certain bar in the town. Almost 3 years when we last meet at our dear campus in Mindanao State University. I never expect to meet him in this place. But in short we end up in a table with foods and a little bit of drinks that he share to me and also I enjoy the opportunity of talking and reminiscing the past days when we our in the same boarding house in upper comcen in MSU.

HUH!!! to much for that intro...

We come up to the point that asking our selves why are we still single? Do we have to a plan for marrying our girlfriends?
A joke question but it keeps a minute to answer...

The first thing I think was I have the concrete plan for this but my ideas was crush down because of the "shall we call the present reality in life"

DuH... It really stop my brain for a while.

This day I ask my seatmate: The same question but adding the advantage and disadvantage angle of the question that runs into me for 2 days now.

The exact words was "Having an early family will be advantageous or disadvantageous to you?" To think that he has his own family now at the age of 23.

The answer of my seatmate will be just for us.. hehhehhehe

Kidding a side in my point of view, we cross with the same view that it will be advantage to have a family because in his point he saw the real way of his life..
A very touchy answer...lols

For me given a chance for this it will be better to have a family in my age because the main reason is the life span of life according the book of knowledge that i read it is in between to 50 to 60 years old. You know what is the reason why they come up with that result. So it pop in my mind what if I will have a family with the age of 30 should I enjoy it???
In you own point if you die at the age of 60 and you have 3 children that is still studying at college, who will take charge of your position in the family? Its a hassle to think that you leave them with nothing..

We must be more realistic for now..Realistic in the way that you can still control what is going on and plan for that actions.

Life is just to short we need to enjoy what we have..

But for me, I'm still waiting for the "lucky girl" as lolo said your lucky girl is on the way or just beside you now.
